The receptionist kindly, friendly and ready to help . If you’re planning to apply citizenship with them make sure you’re checking everything by yourself , the person had helped me add wrong dates and doesn’t add important information . please be honest when you helping the people that they’re trusting you
Bad service
Ahlam Mohammed, is such a hard working and helping lady. My appointment got cancelled and she assisted me right away during her break time. She is super efficient and got my application done within 10 mins and explained each step along the way.
Stupid they won’t even allow you to use the computer or anything
Miss Ahlam very professional and did excellent work, she truly cares and wants the best for her clients. She always replied to my e-mails when I needed information , I would highly recommend. I had received excellent customer service. I was extremely happy with the service
