Last Friday, there was a heat warning, and I took 2 hours off from work to go to this place to get some documents signed. I called twice but it went to the answering machine. I also checked the website to make sure there were no closures, and it said the office was open until 5 pm. When I got there, the office was closed. I even checked all the rooms on the 3rd floor, but no one was there. A note on a small piece of paper said that the office was closed! It wasn't just me; three more people came as well.
