Horrible experience with Shahrzad Travel. They are frauds—charging overpriced tickets and taking a huge percentage when canceling. When I tried to get a breakdown of the charges, the agent was rude and hung up on me multiple times. Stay away and run from this company!
Worst customer service rude people including owner they are absolutely fraud and unprofessional customer service.
I don’t really recommend people to get their tickets with Shahrzad Travel. Shahrzad customer service is horrible. I bought a ticket for my mother with them and before buying it I asked them how much is the cost of changing the ticket one way coming back to US. She told me it will cost around $200. Now, it’s the time for my mother to come back and I need to change her ticket since she’s planning to do a surgery. DON NOT TRUST HER , Shahrzad is absolutely not an Honest and Professional Agent, Don't you waste your Time and Money with Her, She Made me a Real Nightmare, Thousands of Dollars of Damages , Waiting on Airports whit an elderly Man . HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE Travel agency EVER. DO NOT TRUST Them. TERRIBLE Customer Service. They don’t even care about how unhappy their clients are. Absolutely Disappointing, I will Not Trust u guys never ever again, and I will make sure all my friends know that how AWFUL Shahrzad Travel is with their customers.
