I live in Florida and I ABSOLUTELY love my Immerspa in ground hot tub, model Renewal. Immerspa does a wonderful job answering my questions in a quick manner. Highly recommend!
This company is horrible! They sold us a $30k in ground hot tub that started to leak after 4 months, the fittings have cracked and they do not want to replace it. They are not owning up to the warranty and give us stupid excuses. Sean the owner is not honest at all. Do not buy from them and if you do have your lawyer go over the contract and warranty. They are crooks!!.
ImmerSpa! Had the pleasure to work with Claire whom is not only professional, she is wonderful and absolutely went above and beyond to help me with this project. My spa is stunning and the year round use in New York will be a dream come true!
