As a local, I’m super excited that we have an upscale spa that makes you feel like you’re on vacation. I enjoyed the mineral pool and had the best facial I’ve ever had. I left feeling so utterly relaxed. Very impressed with the facilities, very well maintained and clean :)
After posting my review, the spa manager, Sheila, reached out and was extremely empathetic and understanding of the situation. They took the time to listen, apologized sincerely, and clarified what had happened. I was not charged a no-show fee, and the issue was resolved professionally. I’m disappointed with how this situation was handled. I was contacted on a Saturday and told I had an appointment that day, which was incorrect. I did not receive any confirmation or reminder emails for that date—the only email I have is for a February booking, which aligns with when I will be on the island, as I do not live locally. I was told someone with more authority would contact me to address the issue, but no one ever followed up. Incredible! The Mineral Pool Immersion & Lavender & Eucalyptus showers were calming & refreshing! A *must* when visiting this fabulous spa! Ultra relaxing in such a gorgeous, clean & peaceful environment. So relaxing, such a ZEN experience. This spa is TOP NOTCH! Can’t wait to pamper ourselves here again!
