Had a great experience with a massage while my wife had a facial treatment. Both of us left feeling very relaxed. Rahul was excellent and listened to my concerns regarding a previous injury. The change room was very clean and robes, sandals, towels and a locker were provided. There is a lounge for before and after treatment with complimentary lemon/cucumber water and an assortment of tea and coffee. As a local, I’m super excited that we have an upscale spa that makes you feel like you’re on vacation. I enjoyed the mineral pool and had the best facial I’ve ever had. I left feeling so utterly relaxed. Very impressed with the facilities, very well maintained and clean :)
After posting my review, the spa manager, Sheila, reached out and was extremely empathetic and understanding of the situation. They took the time to listen, apologized sincerely, and clarified what had happened. I was not charged a no-show fee, and the issue was resolved professionally. I did not receive any confirmation or reminder emails for that date—the only email I have is for a February booking, which aligns with when I will be on the island, as I do not live locally.
