Very knowledgeable in explaining the health benefits of cold plunging and the use of the sauna
Immersion was an absolute blast! My partner and I booked a time for the two of us to "take the plunge" on a Saturday in the late morning. We felt the surge for the rest of the day! We are excited to do it again soon.
