In town for a swim meet, and my distance swimmer needed a place to cold plunge. Michaela was very responsive to my inquiry and got us set up. Access was easy and no-fuss. Facilities were clean and private. Will definitely be back with the next meet!

This place is fantastic. Micheala is super helpful and responsive if you have questions. It’s a private sauna and cold plunge. It’s clean and just a wonderful experience. My husband and I go together and it’s a nice time to spend getting healthy! Highly recommend!!!
When I talk to some people about Cold plunging many think it's crazy that someone would intentionally submerge themselves in cold water. You see professional athletes doing it all the time. The benefits are massive both physically and mentally. Immersion has a great set up from using their app to pay for and schedule times to the new studio layout, sauna and plunge tub. Money well spent. I will be a regular customer.
I get a renewed surge of energy, along with a clear mind every time I do a session. It makes me feel good that I’m doing something natural, to try to stay healthy.
