I've heard for years how beneficial a cold plunge can be for the mind and body, but I didn't think I'd ever try it. Now that I'm in perimenopause, I'm trying everything! My session at Immersion exceeded my expectations. Tangible benefits were sweating out toxins, proving to myself that my mind can overcome the challenge of 49 degrees of cold water! Will do again.
Wonderful experience with knowledgeable staff. It my first cold plunge, but was a great experience due to the great staff, facility, and equipment.
It was my first time and the owner walked me through, explaining the process as well as tips and tricks for getting through the cold. Highly recommend!
Simple. Affordable. Effective. Looking forward to my weekly sauna from here on. Thank you.
