The caregivers here are great and interact well with participants. I have grown to make strong connections with my coworkers as well as the participants. This facility provides a way for participants to interact with others and get the help they need all while being able to remain in their own home which is wonderful! They provide meals, therapy, interaction, clothing needs, and more.
This organization/community home is very unorganized, also racial profiling is a problem here. Lack of communication is huge problem as well thats why people keep on leaving the hiring mangers are lazy and have no positive attitude mostly they for a paycheck instead of the wellness of residents (I do not recommend working here or having your love one here) There are better options. -abraham chavez
Providers are amazing. Support for nursing was lacking. Management is severely lacking in christ promises and if someone in upper management doesn't like you or you challenge their way of thinking, you're out. Thoughts and goal of care is admirable and many try their hardest to live up to it but others snake around.
The ceo is wonderful, very compassionate but a Horrible work environment and lack of training.
