Steps installed at incorrect height leaving coping area sharp and new liner flapping where water could get behind it, he “fixed “ it by using nasty looking foam type substance on the sharp edges, this was a full renovation and a lot of money, he eventually ghosted us , it’s a shame as we tried to work with him and had him as our pool service for over 8 years and totally had faith he was up to the job , there were several other issues during the renovation process but we eventually ended up bringing in another contractor to c... read more
Ray just rehabbed our walk in steps and replaced our pool liner. Excellent work, and such a nice person. Very happy customers here.
