The staff here are very friendly. There is much patience on their part with clients such as myself who typically tense up or works against the assistant during the stretch. I have had several different trainers since my first visit and have found one that fits me well. Tate Groover is kind, attentive and pays attention to detail. He keeps me at ease and I am able to relax as he stretches those core muscles which have been difficult for me to stretch on my own. What an awesome experience my first, (free), stretching session was! I highly recommend this modality for those, like me, who feel knotted up. I left my therapy session feeling lengthened and with no nagging tension in my hips and shoulders.
Tate does a great job stretching me and is always positive and encouraging. Highly recommend.
I saw James and he was very professional and informative. I haven’t stretched properly in years and I didn’t feel ashamed. He was easy to talk to and I was able to ask questions without being judge.
