I smashed my phone screen and needed it repaired ASAP. I checked which phone repairers were in the area, and saw that iMend Maroochydore had many excellent reviews. Aaron at iMend was able to repair my phone quickly and at a reasonable price. He also followed up a few days later to ensure I was happy with the job. Overall, fast, efficient and friendly service. I'll go back there for one of their restored phones when mine needs replacing.
This company was recommended to me by a friend and wow .. what a find! The service and respect shown to me by Aaron was amazing, something that is sadly lacking nowadays by most companies and/or organisations. I've used iMend Tech many times over the last 5 years. They are always so knowledgeable, they deal with you ASAP. I've bought a reconditioned phone, had repairs, screen protectors and cases fitted, data transferred, etc. I especially had an unusual problem when 3G shut down, even though my phone was supposed to be 4G compatible. And traded in 2 old phones. Also great for laptop services. I only go to iMend for all my tech. Aaron and the boys are very helpful 👏.
iMend was brilliant! I had smashed my iPhone and I called iMend straight away. They gave me multiple options so I could choose which suited me best. I ended up buying a new phone and iMend helped me by transferring all of my information from my old phone to my new one. They were very easy to communicate with and everything including all my passwords was transferred within 3 hours. I would definitely recommend iMend for any phone repairs.
