Aaron and the Imend team were absolutely amazing!! The team was also very kind hearted towards my family and myself. I had spent months trying to solve some technical issues which they repaired and their generosity with our invoice is so extremely appreciated. On arrival I was greeted warmly by Aaron. Who asked how he could help me, that set the tone for a positive experience. After outlining my problem with the iPhone Aaron identified the issue and gave me three solutions in three different price ranges. I-mend have been brilliant to deal with when fixing our iPad and iPhones. They also trouble shoot issues with laptops. I’m sure their services extend beyond what we have required. The customer service i have received from all staff members has been 10/10. The turnaround is also fast which is a huge plus for me…
I was very happy with the team at iMend in Maroochydore. They were helpful on the phone and in store. They transferred all my data from my phone to separate storage, as I requested. After that I was able to regain about 50% storage on my phone, which will give me another year or two. I also bought a new battery. Everything was done with ease. Thanks!
