Went to Imend in Maroochydore a few months ago to have both screen and back glass replaced on iphone. I chose Imend to do the repair as they assured me they use better quality screens then the other 3 competitors I got quotes fromRealised a day later screen was faulty as any black on the screen or videos at night would look pixelated and could barely see what was on the screen at night. I took my iPhone to iMend phones for a new battery. I ended up getting a few more repairs : screen & screen protector the camera was making a buzzing noise so I called the guys & they booked me back in straight away they prioritised fixing my phone camera with no charge. These guys are friendly, professional very efficient & their communication style makes understanding what needs to be done easy. I smashed my phone while doing a job in Maroochydore. So I went to IMend and purchased a refurbished IPhone 13, as I needed something quickly, before I headed to see my next client. IMend provided excellent service, gave me a good price and even did the data transfer from my old broken phone, to my new one. I have been to Imend a few times as they are so diverse with what they can offer. I'm impressed with Imends service, Aaron answers all the questions you can throw at him, and I have many. I brought another phone and they moved all my info from old phone into it. They explained it could be longer then expected being an old phone but rang after 1hr with it finished.
