This business is extremely helpful, the staff offer help beyond what I needed. All problems were dealt with in an easy way for me to comprehend. I recommend iMEND to anyone needing advice, sales or help with the devices they have. 10 out of ten for service and friendly help especially to people with limited knowledge regarding their device.
Cannot rate iMend Tech highly enough. My daughter got a new phone and gave the old one to my wife. It needed a camera repair and a new battery. Aaron was fantastic, a quick chat and he provided an estimate. When I dropped the phone off, I expected a full day, was actually called within a couple of hours and the phone is spot on and I have one happy wife. Great service - super geeks. After three other techs failed, Imend had me sorted very quickly, also prompting me to think about cyber security and what I should and should not be doing. I’m really happy to have found them. Never done a review before, but these guys are worth rating. Added bonus: easy access in a convenient location that doesn’t involve half a day in a shopping mall. Review for iMend Maroochydore – Ask for Chef I ended up having to buy a new computer after frying my old one with years of unintentional coffee spills, these boys sorted the whole situation start to finish.
