I was very happy with the team at iMend in Maroochydore. They were helpful on the phone and in store. They transferred all my data from my phone to separate storage, as I requested. After that I was able to regain about 50% storage on my phone, which will give me another year or two. I also bought a new battery. Everything was done with ease. Thanks!
This business is extremely helpful, the staff offer help beyond what I needed. All problems were dealt with in an easy way for me to comprehend. After dropping and smashing my phone, I honestly thought it was beyond repair and was already stressing about having to buy a new one. On arrival I was greeted warmly by Aaron. Who asked how he could help me, that set the tone for a positive experience. After outlining my problem with the iPhone Aaron identified the issue and gave me three solutions in three different price ranges. I choose what suited my budget and was told it would be ready for pickup this afternoon. 3 pm it was ready, working perfectly with everything working like new. Cannot rate iMend Tech highly enough. My daughter got a new phone and gave the old one to my wife. It needed a camera repair and a new battery. Aaron was fantastic, a quick chat and he provided an estimate. When I dropped the phone off, I expected a full day, was actually called within a couple of hours and the phone is spot on and I have one happy wife.
