Not sure how this guy is still around. He does a horrible job. Find someone cheaper and faster at figuring out what both parties are looking for. Florida is a 50-50 state if done by the judge if there is no major reason not to be. Do not waste your time settling for less.
This guy is a waste of money and a waste of time
This guy is a total waste of money. He is the worst mediator I have ever seen. Literally took him over an hour to understand my simple child custody arrangement. Which is 50/50 custody with every holiday, taxes, summer, vacations already in place by a judge. All he would have to do is simply read over our current agreement that we have in place. Based on my $1200 experience with Brickman I would never recommend to anyone. His sole purpose is to avoid adding another case in the system regardless of the children involved and couldn’t care less. Not sure how else he is compensated. He spent over 8 hours trying to drill in me how settling would be so much better than going to court because I would fail.
