They were able to recover all 6000 of my photos after apple told us there was nothing they could do! They didn’t charge us for it either! This place is definitely not after your money and I’m so thankful they were able to get my photos back!! Thanks again!!

Went there today because I thought my charging port was bad. Gave him my phone 2 minutes later he came back and said it was fixed. It was just dirty. Very nice staff. I will be going back for all my repairs.
Why is this shop even open when they can't answer the phone when someone calls during business hours?
I would recommend them over and over again. I drove roughly 45 minutes to go to Geek Squad, only to be told to come to iMechanic (even though my Mac was under warranty). I gladly went to iMechanic, the gentleman told me that he couldn't in good conscious tell me he could fix this since Apple would cover it for free. I told him about my experience with Geek Squad and he advised me to go try them again, told me exactly what to say and for them to try before driving another 1.5 hours to Indy for an actual Apple Store.
