The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. The gentleman working the front desk was aggressive and rude from the moment I arrived. When I addressed his attitude, I was met with confrontational comments rather than any attempt to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. I’m extremely disappointed by the way my 75-year-old father was treated at Imeca West Palm Beach. While simply waiting and checking his phone, he was wrongly accused of taking photos and then aggressively confronted and removed from the store. No senior citizen should ever be spoken to or treated in such a disrespectful and humiliating manner. Review for Imeca West Palm Beach I’m absolutely disgusted by how my 75-year-old father in law was treated here. The store is operated by a man named Willy from Venezuela – and it’s clear he still thinks he’s running a business in a third-world dictatorship. My dad was simply checking his phone while waiting. Completely unacceptable experience at Imeca West Palm Beach. My 75-year-old father was waiting in the store and looked down at his phone for a moment. Willy, the man running the place, immediately assumed he was taking pictures and started confronting him aggressively.
