In the past 12 months I have had the pleasure of dealing with various staff at this IMB branch, for two loans all by phone. All I can say is that their customer service and product knowledge is second to none. The loans, once all the appropriate information was provided, were approved in hours and confirmation emails sent. The whole process from initial telephone call to loan funds paid was seamless.
