Melt-in-your-mouth good.
4 stars for the building design and tech, 0 for everything else. IMAX delivers an impressive cinematic experience. The building is beautifully designed, and the facilities feel premium. Unfortunately, the customer service does not match the quality of the venue, and in my case, it fell well below an acceptable standard. I arrived with a pre-booked ticket but had trouble using the self-service machines. There was no staff available to assist—something that would have saved considerable time and frustration.
