I sent my PlayStation 5 To these guys on Monday from Maui and it went to the Kailua store on Oahu and it was fixed and sent back to me by Friday of the same week. Working perfectly ! It was clean and works just like I took it out the box! I highly highly recommend these guys for Any console repair. Big Mahalo keep up the good work.

Terrible terrible phone skills and terrible terrible customer service. Person I talked to was rude and very very incompetent on what she does. I asked if they can repair back glass on iPhone. Person says”we don’t do that it takes months to fix. Call my manager in the morning. Should have a half a star for this rating. Who was this person I talked to , the janitor?
