I came to Leo for a sciatica massage . Sadly I didn't have a good experience. After going to her the next day I was not able to walk n body stiff . I become bed bound . I then had to go into A&E. I had an emergency MRI which showed I had 3 bulging discs . The l4 and l5. An also L5 on right hand side . I do think Leo made it worse although she told me she could relive the symptoms of sciatica. Leo is super welcoming and relaxing. I've had two massages now and feel amazing after them - for weeks after my first I didn't get a headache when I usually get them daily. A massage is also a lesson as Leo is so knowledgeable and shares great insight and advice tailored to my needs and sent me links for things I can try at home. Really great all round, would definitely recommend.
