We recently purchased the iMarc Touch for a Pet Expo and it was a huge success! We’re so glad we went with the upgraded version where attendees scanned a QR code and entered their own tag information, which saved us so much time and effort. The machine itself was very user-friendly and straightforward to operate. We did need a software update initially, but we worked with IT support and the update was completed easily. Our sister site bought an Express Engraver last year and it literally sat in it's box until they sent it to our location. I was really worried I wouldn't be able to take the class because it had already been so long since date of purchase. But everyone I talked to at Imarc was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. Migdalia N. worked with my hectic work schedule, even allowing me to cancel my first class and reschedule it.
