I purchased an iMarc Engraving System and it is awesome! My salesman, Eric Jenson is the best! His level of customer service is beyond. I highly recommend purchasing a machine for your store.
Eric guided our shelter through the purchasing process and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and downright fun to work with. I have used several tag engraver machines at various shelters and the value of providing a physical ID tag for pets being adopted or returned to their owner cannot be overstated. The machine took about 5 minutes to set up- it's truly a plug-in-and-go type of machine. 1000/10 recommend this machine for any shelter or pet care setting!!
We just got one of these engraving machines for our pet shop and its awesome! Quick, quiet and efficient, and the company is so easy to work with and wonderfully kind and patient.
It took our shelter a long time to take the leap and buy an iMarc machine, but we are so glad we did it. Shout out, in particular, to Eric Jenson, who kept in communication with us, answered all of our questions, and was accepting of our individual needs and timeline.
