Customer service is alright. He charges pretty extensively but doesn't know a whole lot about repairs. Came in with a bent frame and cracked screen and he didn't know what to do. Seemed angry we didn't want to leave it with him for 2 weeks to see if he can do something. He does NOT indeed, makrepairs
They fix my son's tablet charging port before 1 month it starts malfunctioning again didn't have the time to take it back. Call them they want to charge for job that wasn't done properly in first place.
Got my phone repaired here today and it was affordable and fast. My phone looks brand new! Update: after about 2 weeks, the screen started to consistently lag and freeze making it difficult to use. I went with the most affordable option but wasn’t warned that it would lag like this. I was originally very pleased but I’m quite disappointed now.
They were awesome and helped me with what I needed.
