This company is a fraud!!! Run away--don't go anywhere near them. They lied about important features. I have more than 60 emails with their head developer.
I would give ZERO stars but I am forced to give 1 star to submit a review. Please think twice before onboarding with this company. Tickets remain unresolved and good luck actually talking to someone. And who in the world does an update in the middle of a work day. None of the reports work correctly and whatever you do, DO NOT integrate with your QB. Also, think twice before using their cloud portal for documents. Whatever conversion they did resulted in clients seeing other clients confidential documents.
If you are thinking of switching to Mando, DON'T, unless you like to sit and watch a program spin and not work. When it is working, it is a good program but it doesn't work too much. We do everything through Mango and if it is not working, it is very difficult to track our time, bill clients and track our projects.
I wanted to write a review to make the owner aware that they have a employee who works here that's very rude. My husband had a doctor appointment at Carolina pain clinic that is right next to Mango suite 2 in Rutherfordton NC. I put my one year old in her car seat and she started yelling and crying because she doesn't like being in her car seat.
