Changed to a 1 star due to the rude comeback of my 3star review. Sad we even conversed yet you claim ive never been there. Just because you dont exactly remember a name doesn't give you a right to dismiss my review since it was quite valid yet i felt i needed to leave my words out to give yall a chance. My daughter had her 7th birthday party here. Everyone loved it. They did a great job on nails, make-up and hair. Very accommodating and let us bring in pizza and cake. I was just looking up Imagine Spa again for a friend that wants to have her daughter's birthday here because she had such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend it.

I've had bad experiences at nail salons (they damaged my nail and hurt me). This is the only place I go now for my nails and brows. I've had they're quick facial but she took her time and I felt like I was getting a deluxe. So friendly open and easy to talk to. Sometimes it can take a couple of days to get in. I don't think she does walk-ins, but the wait is worth not feeling like I'm in a production line.
