No trouble booking an appointment but if you want your photos forget it. We waited four MONTHS without so much as a word from her and when I called her she was full of excuses, excuses she couldn't have shared with me before I called her?..okay. And when I finally did receive them the photo we ordered the most of wasn't done how she promised so now we just have six of those to rub salt in our wounds everytime we look upon it...how enriching.

My best friend is in the navy so we got our pictures done when she was home from imagine photography. After a year and a half we are still trying to get our pictures and she just won't give them to us even though we already paid.
