First and foremost, Laura and Sam have been exceptional at making what always felt like an impossible task manageable. I can’t say enough in regards to how great they’ve been. Hello, They are very irresponsible and have no value for the customer's time. I think they are not confident in their work and just give information. It seems strange but that is how it is in my experience.
