For the past year, Teresa has been caring for me with MFR & Reflexology. She has helped me manage my severe arthritis pain better than my ortho doctor helping me to continue my active lifestyle, thus giving me a better quality of life. Teresa is gentle, thoughtful & always focuses on my immediate needs each visit.
This was my first visit but it was excellent. Teresa is really good at what she does.
I am totally impressed with Teresa's skill at myofascial massage, cranial sacral and of course how she finds those areas of my body where the fascia is tight and uncomfortable. I highly recommend her for all she does. I have fibromyalgia and she has released many of the areas of pain. She's very knowledgeable and shares this knowledge. Thank you Teresa!!
