Amazing Staff and Service and Very Knowledgeable. They were very helpful and interesting to talk to. I met them at the Montreal ComicCon. While walking around I found them at their booth with a huge amount of figurines. I was feeling the nostalgia when I was kid and surprise of their amount of stock that they had.I was able to chat with two employees (Sorry, I do not know their names) and they were cool and, awesome. Ive been going to this store on a regular basis since Covid!! The staff is friendly, the prices are great and the service is outstanding. I get all my collectibles from Imagination and they have a fantastic reward program!!! I love these guys!!!!
Cela fait maintenant plusieurs années que je fais affaire avec ce commerce depuis que je l'ai découvert et j'ai toujours été très satisfait du service. C’est l’endroit parfait pour tout collectionneur que ce soit de figurine, statue. Franchement, je fais affaire avec eux depuis 2023 et le service est impeccable. Ce sont pro et ils connaissent bien leur travail!!!
After a few less than ideal interactions with other Toronto based shops I moved my business to IH and have never looked back. The service is phenomenal and no item of the collection I'm after is forgotten. I for one appreciate the peace of mind and outstanding service that IH brings to the collectible market!
