If zero stars were an option, this place would earn it. I scheduled an appointment and was explicitly told the $115 upfront fee included medication provided at the visit. After I arrived and paid, that changed completely—I was told a prescription would be sent to a pharmacy, might not be filled, and would require additional out-of-pocket cost. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service! Any questions asked always received a NO! ! Rolling of the eyes from the young long haired girl at the front desk. No actual licensed medical staff on site. All required medical inquiries were through Zoom. Don't ask them to know if an injection needed to be given IM (intramuscular) or SC (subcutaneous). They didn't know the difference.
