If zero stars were an option, this place would earn it. I scheduled an appointment and was explicitly told the $115 upfront fee included medication provided at the visit. After I arrived and paid, that changed completely—I was told a prescription would be sent to a pharmacy, might not be filled, and would require additional out-of-pocket cost. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, customer service! Any questions asked always received a NO! ! Rolling of the eyes from the young long haired girl at the front desk. No actual licensed medical staff on site. All required medical inquiries were through Zoom. Don't ask them to know if an injection needed to be given IM (intramuscular) or SC (subcutaneous). They didn't know the difference. Rating -5 (if I could) The staff never speaks to you when you enter. I always speak first and they sometimes respond back. Once I sign in they violate HIPAA and tell everyone in the lobby what I am there for. They are not discreet at all. They have a nasty attitude as if I irritate them, when I ask about their products. People are coming for a service and a good experience. If you are that unhappy with your job, find another one. Last visit 12/22/23 All of the other locations are far away.
