This company led us to believe that they were great. We actually seemed to have gotten the royal treatment while they were in the process of getting us to sign a contract. Even when they came to install our equipment they were great. Well now that we have questions and need customer service its a total joke. I'm constantly leaving messages and never get a return phone call. Got very excited when the rep came to visit and I was told that she would get an updated proposal to me within a week. Yeah right!! It's been at least 2 weeks and I think she has fallen off the face of the earth. Be very cautious if you go with them. I wish I would have known. We are stuck in a 5 year contract with them and it's only been 7 months.
