Extremely unprofessional, wasted not only my time but my money. Left a note in the comments section when booking specifically stating that I was bringing animals and when I got there I was turned away because pets aren’t allowed! She admitted that she doesn’t look at the comments but still tried to make it my fault. Save your money and go somewhere else.
