I do not usually write reviews, especially negative, but I have left no less than 8 messages with this company via the online contact form, the receptionist, two employees, and the email address over the course of three weeks and have not been helped with a relatively simple question. Next year, please do not accept more jobs than you can handle and appropriately train your employees to answer questions about your products.
