This is the worst photo studio. Horrible quality with the pics. Toooo expensive. Do not buy. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
SCAM! The school chose this company for school pictures. They don’t allow you to purchase one digital image. You have to spend $50 on a package of things you DON’T want just to get a digital image. It’s a money making scam and I’ll be reporting it to the school.
Photos are disappointing year after year. Kids faces are off center, tons of room above their head just blank, necks look strained from the "look over the shoulder head turn" style and the dreadful head down looking up, just awkward and unnatural. I realize they are dealing with a lot of kids on picture day, but if they want us to buy photos they should look decent. You have to choose a picture package. I really wish the school doesn't go with them next year. It's been a nightmare dealing with them, took so long getting the pics, communication is horrible, i had no opportunity to select the pic for actual print. My kid had a reshoot but I ended up getting prints from the first shoot. I can't even get a hold of them so now I'm stuck with a pic that I don't even want.
Bought a photo package that says "Free Download". Never got a link for the download so I emailed the company. Got one line back and they said "You did not purchase a download with your package." when it clearly says it is included. Misleading packages
