Shortly after my initial feedback, the owner, David, personally called me to apologize for the errors and the frustration my wife and I experienced. He took full responsibility for his team’s mistakes and, as a gesture of goodwill, issued a full refund for the services. I have been taking my taxes to David for 5 or 6 years now. He is professional, cost effective, quick, no BS , and straight to the point.
