This review is a honest review to help others avoid the massive amount of stress choosing this lender can put you through. Very, disappointed; in the process of the closing transaction. Instead of the normal way closings are conducted, our closing was uncomfortable, and very stressful! Due to a lack of communication and professional ethics. Overpromising, and under delivering, became costly, this, Lender; seemed to have no Conscious toward the amount of $$$, or emotional burdens, and physical distress that our family suffered. This lender caused me a lot of stress during my home sale. My home went under contract February 14. I was told a March 19 that all paperwork had been processed and was ready to order appraisal. April 12 was the closing date on contract. April 3 I was told there was a small issue with the IRS with the buyer and they had to file some paperwork but it was no big deal and we would close on time.
