Very friendly and efficient service.
Arrive for my appointment and get told dr called in today I don’t receive a call to tell me so now waiting an hr for other evaluation in uncomfortable setting and have to find ride another day here to see dr .. yet if I called to cancel I get charged and it goes against me horrible business practice make people who are already uncomfortable sit around and wait rather than call and say dr called in today ridiculous

I had a really great experience at IMA Group in Buffalo—and I’m not just saying that. I went in really nervous because I struggle with agoraphobia, but the environment was calm, welcoming, and nothing like the rushed, overwhelming “DMV” vibe I expected. Julie at the front desk was amazing—so kind and genuinely caring.
