The worst office I've ever been to. I waited two hours, everything looked dirty, and every time I saw a nurse, she was eating, and they weren't making any progress on the call. In the end, I didn't receive any service.
I found everyone that I dealt with to be professional and courteous. Reception was friendly and efficient. Both Drs. I saw were attentive and thorough. I was seen on time and the whole process including seeing two Drs was quick and efficient.
super understaffed, so much so that they just post on the door that they don't do drug screens on Wednesdays. Even on days the DO have enough staff for them, they prioritize appointments over drug screens, so don't have to pee too bad when you come in - you'll be waiting for an hour when you couldve been in and out in five minutes if they weren't run like a circus.
