I think this place is a joke and i looked at the reviews its only a 2.4 star. When my dad called they said the only way to cancel your appointment is if there was a hurricane and they heard about it. They expect you to drive in the storm and from the reviews i seen it wasn't good at all. I decided not to continue with my disability in Florida I'm gonna wait until I move. This place is disorganized. We showed up 15 mins ahead as we were told after making sure our other kids including newborns were cared for and took off work to get to this appointment. It's been an hour and still haven't been seen. Until the lady that checked us in said uh oh when she saw us and it went from they were double booked, them to testing was running behind to the patient that was scheduled before us was late and was still taken to the back even tho we made it on time and early. I went there for an appointment Wednesday and it took only 5 minutes for a psych evaluation it should be at least an hour how can you know someone in 5 minutes
Coming from NYS my daughter and I were both familiar with testing process. This experience we knew would be challenging enough. My daughter was in tears, and what she said to me after broke my heart. Being a nurse, I expected the provider to be more child friendly. From the start she was rushing us in the room, fast paced talking with a accent and very loud. Was expecting the worst after reading previous reviews. Was greeted by a very friendly person who efficiently checked me in and did preliminary work before seeing the evaluating doctor. The Doctor was very cordial and professional. No complaints.
