iM3 used to be in a bit of a bad state management and organization wise however with the new GM and the Managers in place now, over the year I have been here things have improved soo much. The people here are wonderful and care about their job and care about the people they work with. We've gone through, and continue to go through, major clean up and improvement efforts.
