Just had my first session and couldn't be more pleased with the results. The staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. This is absolutely going to be life-changing. I have had limited mobility issues such as tying my shoes, etc. After the first session, I was able to touch my toes without bending my legs. It's been years since I've been able to do this. Signed up for weekly sessions and the price is well worth the results received. Highly recommended!!
