"We require 30 day cancellation and even though you wanted to cancel all four of the streches you were billed for last month (did not come in for any of them), today is day 29 and we are going to go ahead and sap you $200 more dollars for four more stetches that you don't want". Sapped me $600 and got 3 stretches. May be a beneficial service but their billing is a scam.

This business relies on Auto Subscription language hidden in their digital agreement. Request your agreement printed out for you in full before you sign. InMotionCookeville automatically enrolled me in a subscription and a membership 6 months after my initial (pre-paid) package purchase and charged me fees for 4 consecutive months. SWINDLED BY THIS BUSINESS!!! This business is running a scam with deceptive billing practices. Automatically enrolled me in a subscription 6 months after my initial package which I pre-paid in full, and automatically charged my card for 4 consecutive months 6 months after my initial purchase. Read the fine print! You’re initially signed up for a $1000 commitment. I was very clear with my initial trainer and my subsequent one that I only wanted to do the first payment’s worth of sessions. I mentioned it multiple times. I wanted to have them loosen me up and see what I could do on my own afterward as I’m coming off of major surgery and haven’t been as active since I retired from the Army nine years ago.
