I was recently diagnosed with a heart issue at the age of 39 despite being in relatively good health. Doctors wanted to just put me on meds but I didn’t want to go that route and decided to contact Ilyse. We worked together to switch some things with my diet and put me on a plan that has made a dramatic impact on my health. Ilyse was such an understanding, supportive, and knowledgeable guide during my nutrition journey. I’m a picky-ish eater and a Mom to a young child and she was able to help me figure out a plan to reach my goals and some extra. I lost about 40 pounds in 4 months to start, then Ilyse helped me continue to shed 70 pounds within a year all through nutrition and exercise.
