I had a tax issue and H&R Block said that the only way they can help me is if I find the "tax forms" for two old ILYM checks I cashed long ago (each less than $100). I initially had no idea what I was even asking for but I REACHED A REAL PERSON at ILYM Group yesterday while calling their main number at 1pm. This beautiful person - Isela O. - looked up my case, found the tax forms for me, and emailed them to me all within 5 minutes. A whole class action lawsuit for about 30 people and none of us have been paid, this business will not answer the phone, our emails, our voicemails, what the hell are they doing with our money? A few months ago they said we’d get paid the beginning of February. And nothing! So all of us will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
They still didn't do anyone any justice by the amount of that check i just received from thay lawsuit cause I'm still out $10,000 they cost me to get less than $100 what a joke. I bet the checks of the ones at the law firm was pretty nice though
I have been waiting for my late husband’s settlement check to be reissued to me. ILYM has received the requested documentation and it was confirmed by two employees via email and phone. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks and it’s has been seven weeks. I have sent multiple emails and left several voicemails and no one has reached out to me. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will update or remove this review pending resolution.
