Incredibly unprofessional settlement administration and claims processing firm. I contacted their office and was hung up on, multiple times. ILYM Group issue a check to me then reversed it. I found out after depositing the check to my account, then contacted their office. However, they’ve now rigged their phone system to not connect to anyone in office. Disgusting!
I can see what this company got bad reviews it took 4 months to receive my check but the representative I spoke to was truthful with all the updates he was giving me whenver I would called and I did receive my check finally.
