I can see what this company got bad reviews it took 4 months to receive my check but the representative I spoke to was truthful with all the updates he was giving me whenver I would called and I did receive my check finally.
Place is that bad they dont answer phone calls or return calls evan after leaving messages.
I had a tax issue and H&R Block said that the only way they can help me is if I find the "tax forms" for two old ILYM checks I cashed long ago (each less than $100). I initially had no idea what I was even asking for but I REACHED A REAL PERSON at ILYM Group yesterday while calling their main number at 1pm. This beautiful person - Isela O. - looked up my case, found the tax forms for me, and emailed them to me all within 5 minutes.
