Idk what the negative reviews are about. I thought I needed a check re-issued. I called and followed the operator prompts which provided an email address to request the check. Within a couple of hours I received a response from customer service rep Joshua Mata. I had a follow up question and he responded again within an hour. Great customer service.
I changed address during the time the checks were being issued, so there was a problem receiving it. I tried multiple times through the site and my phone to get through to no avail. It did come to filing a complaint with the BBB, but Randy at ILYM was very helpful in getting my check to me quickly. I wish it didn't have to come to that point. I am giving 4 stars because Randy made the difference in the end, so thank you.
I recomend if you guys have problems with these people. please contact the FTC consumer protection group and the BBB and file reports via these platforms to at least get acknowledged
