Love it here. Very helpful and nice. I have bought a bunch glasses here and have always been pleased. Even had them change my lenses out on a pair of chrome hearts
Amazingly friendly staff
Got ripped off here. Paid over a grand for glasses and frames 2 yrs ago. A few weeks ago started seeing scratches on coating (this has never happened despite wearing glasses since 2nd grade). Unhelpful mgr said it would cost $378 to remedy. Wow, u can get new set of lens/frames at another store for less than that. BTW, be sure to read Consumer Reports story on how Luxotica (their corporate owner) is choking the optical mkt. They control 80% of retail and production!
