We left the rock city location almost a year ago...no regrets whatsoever after feeling bullied by them and in constant fear of losing our spot and then we lost it anyways...I then pulled my child early as my outgoing/happy child started to exhibit fear/behaviour everyday before drop off. It felt aweful leaving her there . The staff seems to be completely acopic with little experience with any child behaviour, so their solution is to bring in more policies to send your child home from the centre or to kick them out. My son goes to the Rock City daycare and absolutely loves it. The women who work there are so caring and kind with him and provide updates throughout the day. I’m so grateful for everyone there and for how easy they’ve made the decision to have my son in daycare. You can tell that they truly love all the children in their care, my son has a blast every day there and looks forward to seeing his friends and having fun at daycare each day. Our toddler has been attending this daycare at the Rock City location for close over a year now and we've had an extremely positive experience. He's just reaching an age where he can verbalize his thoughts and feelings and whenever we ask if he wants to go to daycare he excitedly shouts "Yeah! Go see friends!" The staff are always very professional and it's clear that they put the kids needs first. I would entrust them with my child any day
I had a two-year experience at this daycare, initially with no issues. However, after the manager returned from maternity leave, my son was put on a probation, and despite verbal assurances that he wasn't at any risk of being asked to leave, he received a notice within two weeks he was kicked out. The frequent staff turnover made it hard to recognize the people caring for my child.
