I broke the arm off my favourite pair of glasses. The frames had been discontinued. I tried multiple stores, including the one that sold me the frames in the first place, but nobody could help me, except this place. I ordered the part through their website, which they ordered from the manufacturer, and they did the repair for free when I picked it up from the store. I'm lucky to have found this place.
