I went there for the first time today. It was perfect! Friendly staff and my facial was amazing!
I had the deluxe facial with Phyllicia and it was out of this world! She is an incredible masseuse and starts the treatment off with a great massage. After that comes the facial which is pure bliss. Incredible products and care . Five out of five. Highly recommend!
Illume Wellness Spa went above and beyond to accommodate me, my sister and my mother to add a spa day into our Stratford weekend trip. We all had a fantastic relaxing facial that had us glowing all weekend. Thank you to the Illume team for the memorable experience, we will be back 💖

I have tried many of the spa services, pedicure, manicure, facials, very happy with them all. Nice and bright, lovely space, friendly staff. My favorite indulgence is a massage. Felicia is a talented masseuse, a great massage, she pulls the tension . I feel like a million bucks after a neck, and shoulder session. Highly recommend this spa.
