It's very good service provider and provide chip rate.
Went with a 1000 dollar winner and told need appointment. Took an hour to get there just to get screwed around. All I wanted was more tickets with my winner
Huge lines with only two people working in the office. Very inefficient and horribly slow. They really need to get the process fixed for cashing in winning tickets
