I opened a personal checking account here with the sole purpose of wanting to open a business checking account as well. After my personal account was approved and opened, i reached out about opening a business account via email and someone instructed me on how to do that on their website. I followed the steps they provided, and someone else from their team emailed me to let me know id actually have to go into the bank to apply for a business account, since it must be done in person, which is not what the employee i spoke to ... read more
