Went a second year in a row due to identity theft and was greated once again by the nicest lobby security team and the nicest and polite tax personal. I don't know what kind of person could complain about anything. I was in and out in 15 minutes and actually regretted not being able to shoot the breeze with the friendly staff because they are all business. Business or not it was like talking to an old friend. I will also try to by this great staff lunch if it's allowed.

I have for the past two years relied on the expertise of Marie Reck, one of the very capable staff at this office, to help me prepare and file my Illinois tax returns. While my returns are not so complex as to require a CPA to prepare, there is a wrinkle or two that left me scratching my head as to what Illinois needed on its 1040. Ms. Reck deftly navigates the eddies and shores of the great Revenue River, and delivered me to Tax Compliance. Kudos to all.
