Today I visited this revenue department office and my experience was good. The guy was standing there. He was very cooperative and he guide me in a proper way thank you.
Went a second year in a row due to identity theft and was greated once again by the nicest lobby security team and the nicest and polite tax personal. I don't know what kind of person could complain about anything. I was in and out in 15 minutes and actually regretted not being able to shoot the breeze with the friendly staff because they are all business. Business or not it was like talking to an old friend. I will also try to by this great staff lunch if it's allowed.

Wow. Worst people to deal with.. had phone hearing. Never got the call. Case lost.. wasted whole day off off work.. fighting for 2 years now
