Closed drive thru. It's like they don't want to be a bank with bank services. Chatham closed on Saturday. S. 6th St closed drive thru. You can pay your taxes in the drive thru. Bull INB. START BEING A BANK AGAIN. THE "PLANDEMIC" IS OVER.START CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NOT YOURSELVES. Tried to get a car loan a month ago and they were selling me to Cefcu and dealers. HORRILBE. MOVING MY MONEY ASAP.

Everyone here is phenomenal from every day deposits with the tellers all the way to the branch manager. I am so glad I bank with INB and recommend everyone to come and do business here.
Went in to do some busines at this branch. 1 teller, 1 customer with teller, 2 employees in an office, and 1 employee at a desk in lobby. After waiting in line for approximately 5 minutes was able to ask the woman at desk in lobby if she could help me with what I was there for. Was told I had to wait for the teller to finish with customer that CLEARLY had several transactions to have processed. I waited another minute or 2 then left. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
