A great place to bank as I live in Quincy IL super helpful
Fired my mother simply because they wanted to rehire a previous teller. Lied about extensive training and tried pushing her over the edge so she would quit. Now she has a shot on her work history simply because the bank is unprofessional. Highly dissatisfied with how they treated her, and this says something about their ethic standpoint.
Banking here is made rather easy and semi-stress free. Staff is very helpful and always seems to be in a good mood every time I come in. Special thanks to Deena Smith for guiding me through a loan to make a house purchase. I know this review came several months late, but better than never. Thank you!
