Friendly staff and great loan rates! They were so helpful when I was getting my first mortgage.
Terrible customer service. I have worked with them many times in the past for auto loans and had great experiences. This time around, however, has been a nightmare. I’ve had contact with 3 different people in the loan dept. and they all say they’re going to get back to me and never do. I’ve emailed and called and left voicemails and no one ever gets back to me.
