Terrible customer service. I have worked with them many times in the past for auto loans and had great experiences. This time around, however, has been a nightmare. I’ve had contact with 3 different people in the loan dept. and they all say they’re going to get back to me and never do. I’ve emailed and called and left voicemails and no one ever gets back to me. This is a nice place to do banking. The building is clean. The tellers are friendly. The online banking is simplified and easy to use.
Strange rules with unfriendly staff, there are better credit unions in Springfield.
I have been a member of IECU for many years. I have a great working relationship with them. I have been able to finance a few vehicle with IECU with great rates. I highly recommend them!
