Just spoke with Alexis who is managing construction on 53 in Woodridge, she is nothing but defensive and doesn’t listen to understand. She listens to respond, and thinks she has all the answers but really it’s just excuses. Making up her own scenarios, I had to stop her from talking about something I didn’t even say (she was too quick to try to respond with a fake excuse ) The employees she is overseeing are not directing the flow of traffic in an organized manner.
